Phil Redenbaugh established this law firm in 1975. The firm engages in civil trial practice, personal injury, and workers compensation, along with the general practice of law. The firm does not represent solely plaintiffs or solely defendants because it believes that representing both leads to a better understanding of the issues and, as a result, better representation of its clients.

The firm employs two legal assistants: Linda McShane and Karma Bunting, who assist with trial preparation and the individual attention given by Mr. Redenbaugh to firm clients.
